No Refunds or Exchanges
All products sold by Coastalon Peptides are for research purposes only. Because of their sensitive nature, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Exception: Damaged or Tampered Packages
The only exception is if a package is delivered tampered or damaged. In such cases, you must:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photographic proof of the damage or tampering
Replacement Decisions
Decisions regarding replacements are made at the sole discretion of Coastalon Peptides.
Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling; any damage resulting from misuse or improper storage will not be eligible for replacement.
